The commercial food system often operates against to the interest of both consumers and farmers. The continued industrialization of food is not inevitable.

I spent almost five years working for Navistar and Navistar Defense, a truck and engine manufacturer. I supported the launch of the MRAP program in 2007 and led the program management of Foreign Military Sales.
